Last summer, our parish had the joy of sending 15 children to Camp Sokil. It was an unforgettable time, filled with friendship, outdoor adventures, and faith.

In the summer of 2026, we want to help even more children get the opportunity to go to camp. Our goal is to send at least 20 children from the Cathedral and the Chapel, ensuring that every child in our community who wishes to attend camp has the chance to participate.
In Canada, Giving Tuesday, which falls this year on December 2, 2025, encourages acts of kindness and charitable giving. We invite you to support our “Send a Child to Camp” initiative during this season of generosity. It is a wonderful opportunity to give a child the chance for an unforgettable summer.
If you are ready to help a child attend camp, please contact Oleh in the office. Donations may be made by e-transfer to office@stvolodymyr.ca (include “Send a Child to Camp” in the message) or by cheque.
Together, let us ensure that every child who dreams to go to camp has the chance — and returns home filled with joy, new friendships, and warm memories.

Минулого літа, наша парафія мала радість відправити до табору “Сокіл” 15 дітей. Це був незабутній час, наповнений дружбою, пригодами на природі, зміцненням віри.

Улітку 2026 року ми хочемо допомогти ще більшій кількості дітей отримати можливість поїхати до табору. Наша мета — надіслати не менше 20 дітей з Катедри та Каплиці, щоб кожна дитина, яка мріє про табір, мала можливість туди поїхати.
У Канаді Giving Tuesday, який цього року припадає на 2 грудня 2025 року, заохочує до благодійності та добрих справ. Підтримайте програму “Send a Child to Camp” у час доброчинності та щедрості. Це чудова нагода подарувати дитині шанс на незабутнє літо.
