Parish Youth at Camp Sokil (Photos)
On Sunday, July 6, 2025, the first group of children from our parish joyfully arrived at Camp Sokil to begin their summer adventure. This wonderful opportunity was made possible through the dedication, effort, and generosity of our parish community.
Funds for the children’s camp were raised through the caroling initiative led by our parish youth during the winter season:

With support from the Cathedral, generous donors, and the Hearts for Ukraine initiative, 15 children from parish families were fully sponsored to attend Camp Sokil this summer.
7 children (ages 7–12) are attending the session from July 6 to 13, 2025.
8 teens (ages 13–17) will attend the session from August 3 to 10, 2025.
We extend our sincere thanks to all the youth, parents, donors, and the Hearts for Ukraine initiative for their vision, commitment, and support.
We look forward to recognizing these young campers and expressing our appreciation during our Cathedral Feast Day on July 20!
Наші діти у літньому таборі “Сокіл”
У неділю, 6 липня 2025 року, перша група дітей нашої парафії прибула до літнього табору “Сокіл”, щоб розпочати свій таборовий відпочинок, наповнений пригодами та новими знайомствами.
Нагадуємо, що фінансування поїздки дітей стало можливим завдяки спільним зусиллям нашої парафіяльної спільноти. Під час зимових свят наша молодь колядувала та збирала пожертви:

Також пожертви було зібрано завдяки обіду від молоді, який був приготований дітьми разом із батьками:

До цієї доброї справи долучилися: катедра св. Володимира, ініціатива Hearts for Ukraine та жертводавці. Завдяки цьому було проспонсоровано 15 дітей із сімей наших парафіян.
7 дітей віком 7–12 років відпочивають у молодшій групі з 6 до 13 липня 2025 року.
8 підлітків віком 13–17 років вирушать до табору у складі старшої групи з 3 до 10 серпня 2025 року.
Щиро дякуємо нашій молоді, батькам, всім жертводавцям, а також ініціативі Hearts for Ukraine працю та підтримку!
Під час Храмового свята, 20 липня, усі діти отримають особливі привітання від громади церкви.
