Youth-Presented Lunch at the Cathedral (Photos)
A tasty Youth-Presented Lunch took place on Sunday, May 18, following the Liturgy at the Cathedral.
A total of $1,364 in donations was raised during the lunch. As noted by the Church Council President, Franko Diakowsky, the Cathedral matched this amount, adding another $1,364.
This means that $2,728 was added to the fund supporting children from our parish who will be attending Orthodox summer camp this year.
Together with the $1,300 raised during carolling earlier this year, the total amount in the sponsorship fund for our youth now stands at $4,028.
Heartfelt thanks to all the children, youth, parents, and volunteers for their active participation and generosity!

У неділю 18 травня, після літургії у катедрі відбувся чудовий обід приготованний молоддю. Було зібрано 1 364$ пожертв на обід. Як зазначив Голова Громади, Франко Дяковський, катедра подвоїла цю суму — тобто було додано ще 1 364 $.
Отже, до фонду на підтримку дітей із нашої парафії, які цього літа поїдуть до православного табору було додано 2 728 $.
Разом з сумою 1 300 $, яка була зібрана підчас коляди цього року, загальна сума фонду для спонсорування нашої молоді в літньому таборі становить 4 028 $.
Велика подяка всім дітям, молоді, батькам та волонтерам за активну участь і щедрість!
