Sunday of All Saints of Ukraine at the Chapel
On the Second Sunday after Pentecost, the Church traditionally celebrates All Saints of Ukraine. This is a special day for our Chapel, as we typically celebrate our Khram.
This year, the Sacrament of First Confession also coincided with this feast. In our Chapel, a touching and meaningful tradition has developed: children as young as 4–6 years old regularly approach the Sacrament of Confession, and this day was no exception. Today, children of very young ages made their First Confession as well as returned to the Sacrament once again.
Afterwards, they received congratulations from the faithful in attendance and individual gifts from the clergy. Bishop Andriy personally presented the gifts to the children, and to those who made their First Confession, he also gave an icon of All Saints of Ukraine.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all those who faithfully approach the Sacrament of Confession and serve as an example to their children, families, and the wider community.
The Divine Liturgy concluded with a homily by Bishop Andriy, who reflected on the countless Saints of Ukraine. He reminded us that their number has always been, and continues to be, so great that only God knows all their names. Ukraine itself bears witness to this reality as it courageously and steadfastly carries its cross despite immense and irreparable losses.
Following the service, a festive fellowship gathering was held for the clergy and pilgrims. Dobrodiyka Natalia graciously prepared delicious refreshments, sweets, and ice cream for everyone. A gentle summer rain outside added a sense of warmth and family spirit to the gathering in the Arbour Room.

День Всіх Святих Землі Української у Каплиці
У другу неділю після П’ятидесятниці традиційно святкується День усіх Святих Землі Української. Це особливий день для нашої Каплиці, адже саме цього дня ми відзначаємо Храм.
Цьогоріч на це свято також припало Таїнство Першої Сповіді. У нашій Каплиці склалася зворушлива, непересічна традиція: діти вже з 4–6-річного віку регулярно приступають до Сповіді, і цей день не став винятком: і сьогодні діти від самих малих літ вперше та повторно сповідалися. Отримали після того привітання від присутніх вірян, а від духовенства — індивідуальні презенти. Владика Андрій вручав їх дітлахам, а тому, хто сповідався вперше, ще й ікону “Всіх Святих Землі Української”.
Щиро вітаємо всіх, хто регулярно приходить до Сповіді та є добрим прикладом для своїх дітей, рідних і всієї громади.
Божественна Літургія завершилася проповіддю Єпископа, який говорив про Всіх Святих Землі Української. Він наголосив, що їх завжди було, є і буде так багато, що їхні імена відомі лише Всевишньому. Свідченням цього є Україна, яка послідовно й мужньо йде своєю Голгофою, попри величезні та непоправні втрати.
Після Літургії відбувся святковий обід за участю духовенства та всіх прочан. Добродійка Наталія підготувала для гостей смачне частування, солодощі та морозиво. Теплий літній дощ за вікном додавав затишку й родинного тепла всім присутнім в Arbour Room.
