Friendly Competition at the Nalysnyky Festival (Chapel)
The Nalysnyky Festival that took place at the Chapel last Sunday exceeded all expectations in terms of the number of parishioners attending (approximately 90 people)! For the first time, the festival included a competitive element, and all guests were invited to cast their votes for the tastiest nalysnyky in five categories:
•“The Taste of Childhood. Preserving Traditions”
• “Nalysnyky That Were Eaten First. Community Choice”
• “The Most Original Nalysnyky”
• “The Tastiest Nalysnyky of the Festival”
•“The Best Traditional Filling.”
The winners of the competition received gifts, and all participants — an impressive total of 24! — were treated to sweet compliments.
We sincerely thank each and every one of you for your efforts, dedication, creativity, and such a heartfelt and committed approach to the competition!
We promise to continue improving and developing such traditional celebrations, as they unite our community, make it friendlier, and fill it with shared joyful moments.
Next year, the Nalysnyky Festival will feature even more gifts for our skilled homemakers! Thank you all and everyone! It is a great value that we have one another — together we nurture and strengthen Ukrainian identity in our dear, family-like parish!

Дружнє змагання на Фестивалі налисників у Каплиці
Фестиваль налисників, що відбувся в Каплиці минулої неділі, перевершив всі очікування за чисельністю присутніх парафіян (приблизно 90 осіб)! Вперше фестиваль мав елемент конкурсу, та всім присутнім гостям пропонувалося віддати свій голос за найсмачніші налисники в пʼяти номінаціях:
• “Смак дитинства. За збереження традицій”
• “Налисники, які зʼїли першими — Вибір громади”
• “Найоригінальніші налисники”
• “Найсмачніші налисники фестивалю”
• “Найкраща традиційна начинка”
Переможці конкурсу отримали подарунки, а всі конкурсанти, а їх було аж 24, — солодкі компліменти.
Дякуємо щиро всім і кожному за всі зусилля, старання, творчий і такий відданий підхід до конкурсу!
Обіцяємо вдосконалювати та розвивати подібні традиційні свята, адже це те, що згуртовує нашу громаду, добить її дружньою та сповненою спільних радісних миттєвостей!
Наступного року фестиваль налисників буде мати ще більше подарунків для наших вмілих господинь! Дякуємо всім і кожному! Велика цінність — що ми є один в одного: розвиваємо, примножуємо українство в нашій дорогій, родинній парафії!
