Aug. 1: Bring Honey to the Church!
On Friday, August 1, 2025, we celebrate the Feast of the Procession of the Precious Wood of the Life-Giving Cross of the Lord and the Holy Maccabean Martyrs. On this day, it is traditional to bless honey.
Bring your honey to the Cathedral at 9:30 AM on this festive day for the blessing!
Honey can also be blessed on the first Sunday after August 3. Additionally, blessed honey will be prepared and available to take home at both blessings.

У п’ятницю, 1-го серпня 2025 - Свято Винесення чесних древ животворчого Хреста Господнього та мучеників Макавейських. У цей день традиційно освячується мед.
Приносьте мед на освячення до катедри на 09:30 ранку у цей святковий день!
Також мед можна буде освятити у першу неділю, після 3-го серпня. Крім того, на обидва освячення буде підготовлений мед, який можна буде взяти з собою.
