Jan. 5: Yordans’ka Vecherya at the Cathedral

We warmly invite you to join us on Monday, January 5, at 5:30 p.m. for the Great Compline and the Blessing of Waters at St. Volodymyr Cathedral. This beautiful and deeply meaningful service marks the beginning of our journey toward the Feast of Theophany, reminding us of the sanctification of creation and the renewal of our spirits.
Following the service, we will gather in the Cathedral Hall for a delicious, festive dinner catered by Hoyra Bistro, showcasing the very best of traditional Ukrainian culinary heritage. Guests will enjoy an array of vibrant, lovingly crafted dishes that look as wonderful as they taste. This beautiful evening—filled with flavourful food, warm fellowship, and a joyful atmosphere—will be a perfect way to welcome the blessings of the New Year.
We encourage you to bring family and friends to share in this meaningful celebration.
Tickets:
• Adults (18+): $50
• Youth (12–17): $20
• Children (11 and under): Free
Tables will be arranged to seat up to 9 adults, or up to 10 people, including children. If you would like to sit together as a group, please purchase the tickets for your table at the same time to ensure you are seated together.
Additionally, parking at the Cathedral will be free of charge for all attendees.
Join us for an evening of prayer, blessing, and a wonderful shared meal as we celebrate this holy feast together as a parish family.

Щиро запрошуємо вас у понеділок, 5 січня, о 17:30 до Катедри св. Володимира на Велике повечір'я та освячення води. Ця урочиста й глибоко духовна служба відкриває для нас шлях до свята Богоявлення, нагадуючи про освячення творіння та оновлення наших духу.
Після богослужіння всі парафіяни та гості запрошуються до катедральної зали на смачну святкову вечерю, яку спеціально для нашої громади організовує Hoyra Bistro. На гостей чекатиме розмаїття традиційних українських страв — яскравих, щедрих і приготованих з любов’ю. Цей особливий вечір, наповнений запашними стравами, теплою спільнотою та радісною атмосферою, стане чудовим початком Нового року.
Щиро заохочуємо вас запросити рідних і друзів та разом розділити цю особливу подію.
