The Feast of the Dormition of the Theotokos at the Chapel
The Divine Liturgy at the Chapel, celebrated the day after the Feast of the Dormition of the Mother of God, brought together a large and prayerful community of the faithful. On this Sunday morning, as we blessed the flowers that bring beauty to our lives, we remembered the Blessed Virgin Mary as the One who teaches us how to love wholeheartedly, to endure with patience, to believe, to wait, to glorify, and to help others.
After the Liturgy, everyone was welcomed to coffee and delicious treats, thoughtfully prepared by our devoted volunteer, pani Lyudmyla. We are sincerely grateful for her kindness and generous service.
Our youngest parishioners also helped prepare for the celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence. We also remind you that, on the eve of this truly great day for our country, we will gather for a festive Potluck, “35 Years of Independence Under God’s Blessing.” At the celebration, children and adults alike will have the opportunity, if they wish, to recite a poem about Ukraine or sing a song in honour of our homeland, adding a special warmth and heartfelt spirit to the celebration.

Свято Успіння Богородиці у Каплиці
Божественна літургія у Каплиці, що припала на наступний день після свята Успіння Богородиці, зібрала численну кількість вірян. І цього недільного ранку, освячуючи квіти, які є окрасою нашого життя, ми вшановували Пресвяту Богородицю як ту, що вміє всеосяжно любити, терпіти, вірити, чекати, прославляти, допомагати.
Опісля літургії на всіх чекали смаколики з кавою, ретельно підготовлені нашою відданою волонтеркою пані Людмилою, за що їй щиросердна вдячність.
Наші маленькі парафіяни допомагали в підготовці до урочистостей з нагоди 35-ї річниці Незалежності України. Просимо всіх долучитися до підняття українського стягу 24 серпня о 12:30. Більше деталей за посиланням: Піднімімо прапор разом
Нагадуємо, що в переддень цього, насправді знаменного для нашої держави, дня відбудеться святковий Потлак 35 років незалежності під Божим благословенням. Де діти та дорослі, за бажанням, зможуть продекламувати вірш про Україну чи заспівати пісню, щоби додати святу душевного затишку.
