Manufacturing Electrical Repair Technician Program(MERT)

This program, developed with OACETT, is designed to upskill incumbent workers currently employed in manufacturing as Electrical Repair and Overhaul Technicians. Over the next year, participants will gain hands-on experience and industry-relevant training to meet the growing demand in industrial electrical systems. It bridges existing technical knowledge with real-world applications in today’s manufacturing environments.
