A Joyful Close to the Christmas Season at the Chapel (Photos)
The Christmas season at the Chapel came to a joyful and beautiful close with a shared Kolyada Potluck! As one close-knit parish family, we celebrated the Divine Liturgy, spiritually led by Father Jaroslaw.
Afterwards, parishioners gathered in the festively decorated Arbour Room, still adorned in Christmas beauty, to share prayer, food, and carolling together.
It was heartwarming to see that our parishioners now look forward to one another’s signature dishes—having grown to love the culinary masterpieces prepared by our talented cooks and hostesses.
The carolling rang out pure and all-encompassing, like the white snow resting and falling outside the windows. Within it, one could hear the strength of our love for our traditions, our identity, and our shared memory—what truly makes us who we are. The melody of “Shchedryk”, accompanied by the bandura, sounded simply magnificent. And the final carol, “Nova Radist Stala”, resonated like a hymn to life and its unceasing movement.
May God grant health to us all, so that next year we may once again sing of the joy of Christ’s birth together with our loved ones and those dear to our hearts.
We thank each and every one of you for making this day so truly unforgettable.

Радісно і чудово закінчився Різдвяний сезон у Каплиці спільним Потлаком з Колядою! Нашою дружньою парафіяльною родиною ми провели Божественну Літургію, духовно очолену Отцем Ярославом. Затим у ошатній, все ще по-різдвяному вбраній Arbour Room зібралися парафіяни Каплиці щоб розділити спільну молитву, частування та коляду. Як радісно спостерігати за тим, що наші віряни вже очікують фірмові страви одне одного, бо встигли полюбити кулінарні шедеври наших вмілих господинь.
Коляда звучала так чисто і всеохоплююче, як білий сніг що лежав і падав за вікном. В ній чулася сила нашої любові до своїх традицій, ідентичності та памʼяті, яка і робить нас собою. Мелодія «Щедрика», виконана на бандурі, звучала шедеврально. А фінальна колядка «Нова радість стала» звучала як гімн життю і його невпинному коловороті.
Дай, Боже, здоровʼя всім нам, щоби наступного року співати знову нову про радість народження Ісуса зі своїми рідними, дорогими серцю людьми.
Дякуємо всім і кожному зокрема, що зробили цей день таким незабутнім!
