A week at Camp Sokil for our younger ones came to a close!
Sokil Camp Week for Children Ages 6–12 Has Come to a Wonderful Close. What an incredible week it has been! Filled with joy, adventure, laughter, and meaningful experiences, these days have created memories our campers will cherish for years to come.
New friendships were formed, unforgettable memories were made, and the children had the opportunity to fully enjoy the blessings of summer in a safe, faith-filled environment.
We are deeply grateful to God and to everyone who helped make this initiative possible through your time, care, volunteer service, and generous financial support. Because of your kindness, the youngest members of our parish were blessed with this wonderful opportunity to experience a truly memorable week at Camp Sokil. The camp officially concluded with the celebration of the Divine Liturgy, spiritually led by Fr. Vasyl, followed by words of gratitude from the camp leadership and small gifts presented to each camper.
Throughout the camp week, parents received a wonderful collection of photographs capturing their children's joyful experiences, exciting activities, and unforgettable moments. We extend our sincere gratitude to our photographer, Tetiana Fedchenko, for the beautiful professional photographs she took on the final day of camp.
Our next adventure is just around the corner! Beginning on July 26, our youth, ages 13–16, will embark on their week-long camp experience, surrounded by the beauty of nature, the warmth of the Ukrainian community, and opportunities for spiritual growth.
We truly believe that the motto of our parish's Centennial celebration beautifully expresses the vision behind this initiative:
“Celebrating Our Past and Building Our Future”
Children are the greatest expression of love, faith, and hope for the future. That is why initiatives like this will continue to be an important part of our parish life.

Табірний тиждень у “Соколі” для дітей 6–12 років завершено!
Ось і добіг до кінця тиждень для діток 6–12 років у таборі! Неймовірно насиченими та радісними виявилися ці дні для табірників!
Нові враження, друзі, незабутні дитячі спогади формуються саме під час такого відпочинку! Ми вдячні Богові та всім, хто долучився до цієї ініціативи своїм часом, увагою, грошовою пожертвою. Наймолодші наші парафіяни мали таку чудову нагоду відпочити і насолодитися довгоочікуваним літом. Офіційне завершення відпочинку дітей у таборі “Сокіл” завершилося божественною літургією, духовно очоленою Отцем Василем, словами подяки розпорядників табору, милими подарунками кожному табірнику.
Впродовж перебування дітлахів у таборі батьки отримували калейдоскопічні, багаті на події та розваги фотографії дітей. Висловлюємо щиру подяку фотографу Тетяні Федченко за професійні світлини з дня закриття таборного тижня.
Вже скоро, 26 липня, юнацтво 13–16 років здійснить цю пригоду, довжиною в один тиждень, серед благодатної природи, українського товариства та духовного збагачення.
Віримо, що слоган нашого святкування сторіччя парафії максимально змістовно передає всі щирі наміри втілити цей проєкт в реальність:
“Святкуємо минуле — будуємо майбутнє”.
Діти — вияв максимальної любові, віри і надії на майбутнє, тому такі ініціативи будуть відбуватися й надалі.
