A Day of Worship and Community at the Chapel (Photos)
This past Sunday, March 1st, 2026, was truly a joyful and well-attended day at the Chapel. The Divine Liturgy was prayerfully led by His Excellency, Bishop Andriy. Many of the faithful came to receive the Holy Mystery of Confession, with Father Vasyl gently guiding them through the sacrament. Deacon Kostiantyn was also an integral part of the Liturgy, serving with devotion and care.
After Holy Communion, all the children gathered for their weekly Sunday School lesson under the steady and loving guidance of Dobrodiyka Nataliia. The children explored the meaning of the Fast—its purpose, spirit, and practical aspects. The lesson concluded with the traditional art class led by Tetiana Ternovska. This time, the children crafted tulips out of clay on their own. Their creations were so beautiful and imaginative that some parishioners were already wondering whether the children might be giving them away as gifts!
In keeping with Ukrainian tradition, March 1 marks the beginning of spring, and both adults and children enjoyed warm conversations about the season’s arrival and the hope it brings.
Meanwhile, parents and other parishioners shared the customary “Coffee with Otets.” For many, this brief gathering over coffee is a cherished opportunity to slow down, listen, and speak with friends and fellow members of our church family—a small but meaningful pause amid the busyness of life.
We sincerely thank everyone who joined us. With hope, faith, and boundless love for God and for one another, we are grateful for this blessed day and the joyful moments shared within our church community.
And in just one week, we warmly invite everyone to our upcoming potluck dedicated to the anniversary of Taras Shevchenko. We look forward to seeing you all there!

День Богослужіння та Спілкування у Каплиці
Минулої неділі, 1-го березня 2026, в Каплиці було справді радісно та людно. Божественна літургія була духовно очолена Його Преосвященством Владикою Андрієм. До святої сповіді віряни прийшли у великій кількості, та отець Василь вів це таїнство. Також диякон Костянтин був невідʼємною частиною літургії. Після причастя всі присутні діти відвідали чергове заняття в Недільній школі під незмінним керівництвом Добродійки Наталії. Діти обговорювали тему посту: його зміст та деталі. Завершився урок традиційним мистецьким класом з Тетяною Терновською. Діти робили власними руками тюльпани з пластиліну. Роботи вразили красою та креативністю, навіть деякі з вірян цікавилися, чи будуть діти дарувати їх!!
Оскільки за українською традицією 1 березня ознаменовує початок весни, присутні дорослі та дітлахи жваво про це вели неспішні бесіди.
В той самий час батьки і решту дорослих прихожан мали традиційну каву з Отцем. Для багатьох це нетривале кавування — можливість сповільнитися, почути, поговорити з однодумцями та приятелями, зробивши паузу у життєвому вирі справ.
Сердечно дякуємо всім, хто був з нами! З надією, вірою і безмежною любов’ю до Бога та одне одного дякуємо за цей день і щасливі миті з-поміж однодумців нашої церкви.
А вже через тиждень чекаємо з нетерпінням всіх-всіх на потлаку, приуроченому черговим роковинам Тараса Шевченка! Побачимося!
