Welcome Back!St. Volodymyr Cathedral has reopened its doors. Divine Liturgy begins at 9:30 am.St Volodymyr Parish staff and volunteers are very encouraged that the virus case counts are at their lowest since last summer, thanks to the efforts of everyone in the community, in particular those who have been vaccinated. As a result, you will begin to notice many positive changes related to Liturgy attendance. For example, we can now accommodate up to 40 parishioners in the Cathedral for Liturgy and now schedule and welcome worshippers to celebrate Wedding Ceremonies and Baptisms. The registration process has been simplified. Please remember to contact the Cathedral Administrator, Myroslava Dubyk, at 416-603-3224 or office@stvolodymyr.ca to ensure that your place has been reserved. Additionally, individual prayer books will be available upon request at the Tytar’s desk. At the end of the Liturgy, return your book to the Tytar, and it will be available for you upon your return to the Cathedral. At long last, Father Jaroslaw will once again be able to read the Gospel and address the faithful without wearing a mask as additional safety measures have been put in place after consultation with Toronto Public Health. We are hopeful that we will make continued progress in combating the virus, particularly with increased vaccination in the community, so that we may once again worship together as we had in the past.
